We understand that there are multiple points of entry into the community field and full searches are not able to be facilitated. We are asking that no bags, purses, or backpacks be at the game.Middle School Football Game (9/23 ~ 5:00 pm): If students leave the building for any reason, they will not be able to return to the game.
Entrance will only be allowed through the front doors.
Spectators: Upon entry all bags, purses, or backpacks will be searched. If for some reason a student brings a bag, it will be searched and then locked up in the front office until they leave the game. Students: No bags, purses, or backpacks will be allowed at the game. Homecoming Volleyball Game (9/23 ~ 4:00 pm): Lake County High School will continue with previously scheduled homecoming events that are scheduled for the weekend and will run with additional safety protocols. MLC Site of School Time Director: Taylor and security at Lake County School District is a top priority for our students and families. If you have any questions, please reach out to your school’s Site Supervisor. LCES Families: On October 11, all students need to be picked up from the Lake County Intermediate School. We cannot allow students to go with their parents from the Courthouse. Please know that all students must be picked up from their school after the event. Families are more than welcome to walk with us or meet us at the Courthouse. We will also be outfitting students with glow sticks and blinky lights. We ask on this day that students wear their tie-dye Project Dream t-shirts. We will have a cake to celebrate and a few students will speak about why Project Dream is important to them. The Courthouse will have all of the lights on to symbolize the importance of keeping the lights on in schools during out-of-school time hours. with a police escort from the LCHS parking lot to the Courthouse on Harrison Ave. You can read more about the event here: įor Lights on Afterschool all students K-12 in Project Dream after school programs that day, will meet at the LCHS North Parking lot at 4:00pm (LCES students will walk from their school at 3:15pm using the Mineral Belt). This is a national event with the goal of bringing awareness to the importance of out-of-school time programs. On Tuesday, October 11th Project Dream will be celebrating Lights on Afterschool.
